What drew me to Occupy was the lack of consciousness there is on the planet, and there needs to be a change. I was expecting this to happen for a long time. I started seeing a lot of people finally getting together to create some kind of revolution, so that’s what drew me to be part of this. I was always waiting for this to happen, for all of us to wake up and want to be part of the change and create a new reality.

I heard that people were camping out at Zuccotti Park within the first three days of the occupation. I heard that they wanted to bring down Wall Street and everything that is wrong with this reality and make their voices heard by the powers that be, so I went down there. I felt that’s where my heart needed to be. I've been a drummer for fifteen years, so the drum circle was the first thing I saw that I could contribute with. My energy was drumming mostly. Drums are the heartbeat of every movement, everything that happens on the earth has always been lit by drums, any kind of war or anything. This is like a war between the light and the dark, so the drums are always kind of leading the energy. They are always calling more people to join.

It’s so important because we’re at a breaking point in time and space with what planet earth is going though right now. There needs to be a change. Everything is collapsing, this reality. Whether the powers that be want it or not, it’s going to happen. We want to make it easier for the transition to take place. It’s important because it’s just what is. There are not other options. It’s just going to happen no matter what, so it’s important for everyone to see this reality for what it is and what is coming. Everyone just needs to wake-up and expect beautiful things because that’s what we’re bringing. That’s why it’s so popular.

I’m hoping for a Utopia type of world, but I don’t want to have any preconceptions or things that we know already about certain realities that can be achieved, just something completely different that we’ve never known about, where people can just be free and contribute to society with their natural talents. I see a world where everyone can help each other without the need for money, without a need for things that are unnecessary, like materialistic stuff. Everyone can have everything that they need. People can live in abundance, a world that doesn’t need leaders or governments to tell us what to do, how to behave, what to drink. I see a world where everyone is responsible for themselves, where everyone can help the earth be cleaner. This is going to be a beautiful heaven on earth.
