It all first started when I heard it on the radio. Then, I
just dropped by at Zuccotti when they had the encampment. It was a pretty cool
thing. I met a lot of people who were making a difference in this world. When
November 17th came along and the encampment was squashed away by the
NYPD, I was home taking care of my dog and my family, and the NYPD swept through
the encampment and took tents. They even took one of my garden posts, which I
used to guard over by the OWS Arts Department. I used to guard there. Then,
when I heard that they thought Occupy Wall Street was dead, I would hang around
at 60 Wall Street for these meetings to see how we were going to plan for this
May 1st general strike. I’m more than just an occupier. I’m also a
very good family friend of theirs. When something goes rough, like when my dad
past away last week, they are there for me.
This is so important not only for me and my family, but we
are in dire straits. Corporations are basically stealing our money. It’s about
saving the free world from total corporate greed. Years ago, when the bank took
my dad’s Honda Odyssey, he was behind on his payments. I was helping him make
payments. On that fateful day when the tow truck came over, it took away our lively
hood. That’s the reason why I turned into this Captain America getup.
I would love to have a world full of freedom and peace. I
would love to see a new world where we have peace and quiet and where you can
have all the freedom you want. I would love to have a free world, free of
violence and where you are free to do whatever you want, whenever you want.
